Why I won't be using Geico Insurance any time soon

A few months ago, I received a letter that looked pretty important. The front of the envelope said "STATEMENT ENCLOSED" and in red letters, "YOUR URGENT ATTENTION IS REQUIRED". I didn't recognize the address, but I opened the letter, wondering what needed my urgent attention. (click for larger picture)


Turns out, it's a advertizement from Geico. That's right, they LIED about the contents of a letter, making me think that I had some sort of "statement" that needed "urgent attention". (click for larger picture)



If Geico cannot be honest with me BEFORE I'm a customer, what confidence do I have that they will be honest with me after?


Needless to say, Geico won't be getting my business anytime soon.
